21st Century Family Martial Art
You are invited to attend 4 complimentary Choi Kwang Do classes. Choi Kwang Do is based on traditional Korean martial arts philosophy that emphasizes the ideal of personal and social development being paramount, rather than sports competition. The primary objective of this art is the development of good manners, courtesy, self-discipline, self-confidence and good social adjustment along with the development of practical self-defense skills. Principles of modern science derived from psychology, plyometrics, kinesiology, and biomechanics form the foundation of Choi Kwang Do. This enables the life long ability for students to maintain their training regardless of age. Choi Kwang Do classes provide a safe and noncompetitive environment for students that help them to grow not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as well.

Please visit www.ckdcanada.com for more information and you can contact me at admin@ckd.com to receive information about class times in Tantallon.
